How can I pay for Gold/Platinum Membership?

Just click Upgrade NOW to go to the payment page. This will show you what packages we have, and any special offers we may have.

We provide a secure payment process and accept all types of credit and debit cards. You can also use alternative methods of payment - by calling our hotline 1-800-481-3117, or paying using paypal postal order.

If you want to pay by POSTAL ORDER you can do it easily with LilaHerzen.

Simply, select the membership plan you want and post us the payment. Upon receipt your payment will be activated which is usually within 4-7 working days of sending.

Please ensure that you send us the following information along with the payment:

1. Your screenname;
2. Your registered email address;
3. LilaHerzen;
4. Your selected membership plan and additional features (if any).

Why was my credit card denied?

There are many reasons why a payment comes back denied by your card issuer. Most common are:

  • Insufficient funds available.
  • Invalid card details.
  • Your card has expired.
  • Your billing address does not match the card statement.
  • cvv/cvv2 number incorrect or incomplete.

What happens after I pay?

Once you have paid, your account is immediately activated, and your period of subscription starts (for postal order payments this is usually on the next working day). If paying by NetBanx, you will receive an email notifying you of your payment. This acts as your payment receipt and the Reference on it should be used if you need to contact us for any reason. Your ability to have full access to the site is confirmation from us that we have processed your payment.

How do I renew my Membership?

We operate a repeat billing policy. This means that once your initial membership period has expired, for your convenience, your membership will automatically be renewed at the same rate that you signed up for. That means even if our prices rise, your renewal costs are fixed at your signup price. Rebilling will occur only when your current payment period expires and not before. However, the bank prepares the payment file 3 working days before that date, so if you do not want to continue to use the site you will need to cancel your repeat billing with us at least 3 days before the collection date. We use Netbanx to provide a secure payment process and accept all credit and debit cards except Visa Electron. We do not hold any card details on our servers, which ensures maximum safety for your details. You can also pay by postal order. Further information is available from the payment screen.

How do I cancel my Membership?

If you want to cancel your membership before your billing has expired, you will need to cancel any repeat billing first. You will have full access to the site until the payment expires. You can then remove your account, i.e. remove your profile from the website.

To cancel your Repeat Billing:
1.Click on the "My account" link in the top menu.
2.Click on 'Billing History' link.

Remember, cancelling your repeat billing (cancelling your account) does not mean we have removed your profile from the website. To remove your profile you will need to click on the 'Remove Account' button once you have cancelled your repeat billing.

Where can I view my "Billing History" and how long my Membership has to run?

To view your current status:
1. Click on the "my account" link in menu.
2. Click on the "Billing History" link in Account Upgrade block there you can view your current status and when your membership expires.

Refund policy

Our site operates a no-refund policy. This policy is clearly stated in our "Terms and Conditions" which you are required to agree to, in both the refund policy agreement and the application form, prior to joining our site as a Standard, Gold or Platinum member.
Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel the agreement created through your acceptance of these terms of use within 7 working days after the confirmation of your subscription to any Services and receive a full refund. However, if you use the Services in any manner after your subscription, you will lose your cancellation right. Use of the Services means sending to or receiving from other members any communication, viewing photos of other members, or making changes to your profile or information on your account.
